Senior Developer

·EMEA Shift (2-11PM)

Must have Skills: IBM WebMethods (Cloud SaaS preferred), IBM WebMethods (Integration Server, Designer, Broker/Messaging).

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and support integrations using IBM WebMethods (Cloud SaaS preferred).

· Build and manage APIs, messaging, and integration workflows.

· Lead end-to-end integration development, testing, and deployment.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues.

· Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

· Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and scalability standards.

· Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 5+ years of integration development experience.

· Strong hands-on experience with IBM WebMethods (Integration Server, Designer, Broker/Messaging).

· Experience with IBM WebMethods Cloud / SaaS version strongly preferred.

· Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), EDI, messaging, and middleware concepts.

· Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid integration architectures.

· Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.

Nice to Have:

· Experience with IBM API Connect or other API management tools.

· Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native integrations.

· Prior experience in contract-to-hire roles
