Senior Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Manhattan SCALE and Manhattan PKMS to design, develop, configure, and enhance warehouse management and supply chain solutions. The candidate will build scalable applications and integrations that improve inventory visibility, warehouse productivity, order fulfillment accuracy, and end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software components using Manhattan SCALE and Manhattan PKMS.
• Configure and customize warehouse management modules supporting receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, cartonization, and shipping.
• Develop integrations between Manhattan platforms and enterprise applications to enable accurate inventory visibility and seamless order processing.
• Translate warehouse and supply chain requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance to support high-volume warehouse transactions and improve system throughput.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, deployments, and system validation.
• Implement data validation, error handling, and logging to improve application reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and operations teams to validate solutions against real-world warehouse workflows.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, configuration documents, and deployment guides.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Qualifications

• 7–9 years of progressive development experience in warehouse management or supply chain technology.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Manhattan SCALE and Manhattan PKMS.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory flows, order lifecycles, and replenishment.
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with application integration, production troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with hybrid teams across technology and business functions.

Preferred Certification

Manhattan Associates certification in warehouse or supply chain solutions, or an equivalent platform-specific certification.
