About Role:

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer Team Lead to guide our development team, architect scalable solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will be both a strong hands-on Python developer and an inspiring leader who can mentor a team, manage projects, and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Python developers.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable backend systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable Python code (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Oversee code reviews, best practices, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, DevOps).
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high code quality.
• Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and performance reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Solid experience with REST APIs, microservices, and database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Next.js, or Angular) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of data engineering pipelines (Airflow, Spark).
• Experience in scaling applications for high traffic environments.
