Senior Designer - Workplace Design

At present, we are looking to hire a Senior Designer for our Corporate Design & Build projects, with proficiency in Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch Upand with a great Communication & Presentation Skills.

Qualification : B-Arch only.

Selection Criteria :

Candidates with 6-8 years of relevant experience in -

●      Corporate Interior Test-Fit Layouts.

●      Concept Design Presentation.

●      Client Management.

●      GFC Drawings Preparation.

●      Vendor Management.

●      Materials Mock-up.

●      Site Coordination.

●      Design Documentation.

●      Internal and External stakeholder management.

Roles & Responsibilities :

●      The candidate will be responsible for handling multiple projects design (ongoing and pitch) simultaneously. 

●      The candidate will work in tandem with different groups of designers, project managers and QS so as to ensure smooth project design delivery. The candidate will also be responsible for assigning and extracting work / task to / from the junior team members.

●      The candidate will work toward the successful design transformation through construction phase and ensure execution accuracy of design.

●      The candidate will attend client and vendor meetings and ensure smooth coordination for transferring the information. The candidate will also be responsible for the client interfacing and project success as per the client's requirements.

●      The candidate will coordinate with vendors for mock up and samples approval.

●      The candidate will be responsible for design and BOQ accuracy and successful implementation of the same.
