Homecouture Collective is a luxury home dcor brand specializing in exclusive, design-led collections for high-end homes across South & Central Delhi and Gurgaon. We focus on curated aesthetics, limited editions, and refined craftsmanship.

Role Overview

We are looking for aSenior Designerwho can lead the creative direction of our collections and build a strong, recognizable design language for HCC.

This is not a junior execution role we want someone who can think conceptually and commercially.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design seasonal luxury dcor collections
• Develop mood boards, color stories, and material direction
• Ensure quality control and finishing standards
• Lead sample development and approvals

Required Skills

• Strong aesthetic sense with understanding of luxury market
• Strong technical knowledge of raw materials making etc
• Experience working with high-net-worth clientele preferred
• Strong vendor network is a plus
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, CAD, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• Someone who understands subtle luxury not mass dcor
• Attention to detail at finishing level
• Ability to create signature collections, not generic designs
