Hiring: Senior Designer – Bulk Material Handling
We are hiring for a leading MNC in the Mining & Metals industry for a key engineering position based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Position: Senior Designer –Bulk Material Handling –Rail Car Dumper System (Wagon Tippler, Side arm charger)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Industry: Mining & Metals / Bulk Material Handling
Experience: 10–15+ years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer with strong expertise in Rail Car Dumper Systems, particularly:
- Wagon Tippler
- Side Arm Charger
- Bulk Material Handling equipment
- Mechanical & structural design
- 2D & 3D modelling and detailing
- GA drawings and equipment layouts
- Engineering drawing checking and review
- Fabrication and manufacturing drawings
- Design coordination and engineering problem solving
Preferred Technical Skills
- AutoCAD / 2D CAD
- 3D modelling and solid modelling
- Autodesk Advance Steel / relevant design software
- PDM / Vault experience
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of engineering drafting standards and practices
- Exposure to international engineering standards and codes is an advantage
What We're Looking For
Candidates with 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Wagon Tippler, Side Arm Charger, Rail Car Dumper, or Bulk Material Handling equipment will be highly relevant for this opportunity.
Experience with international projects, multidisciplinary engineering teams, refurbishment/upgrade/retrofit projects, and design-to-fabrication deliverables would be an added advantage.
