About You
We are looking for a designer with about 7-8 years of experience to join our growing creative practice in India.. You have a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns and excel at developing innovative strategies, managing high-profile clients, and leading cross-functional teams. Your expertise and leadership skills make you a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.
As a Senior Consultant, you are responsible for ensuring that teams and client programs are running effectively and delivering good results. You quickly win over clients and act as a trusted advisor. As a trusted leader, you actively contribute to agency-wide efforts outside of client and team management such as new business, training & development, operations, and marketing. You are also responsible for client growth and actively participate in discussions around resourcing and capacity planning.
What You Do
As a Senior Designer, you successfully runlarge projects/campaigns, accounts, and/or teams, if relevant, with minimum input from other senior leaders.
- You are a skilledstrategist, people manager, and client lead. You demonstrate aptitude forboth people and budget management. You balance your focus on both clientsand people and show sound judgment and leadership beyond your accounts.
- You lead largeclient remits requiring limited senior support. You confidently map outand ensure your teams are on the ball, delivering at or above clientexpectations consistently. You lead discussions with clients and your teamto realign expectations, manage issues beyond the day-to-day, and act as atrusted advisor and first point of escalation for clients.
- This role will expose you to work across multiple verticals from technology to healthcare to lifestyle and demands that you be able to deliver across formats while also pushing the creative agenda forward

What You Offer
- Stronggraphic design skills Expertise in Illustrator and Photoshop
- 7-8years of relevant experience in design
- Demonstratedcapabilities in multiple visual formats
- Experienceof working with Digital/PR agency preferred
- Flexibilityto work long hours when needed and to tight deadlines
- Abilityto work in a team
- Creativeideation capabilities
Good to have
- Videoediting skills - Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Goodgrasp of the English language and written language skills
