Senior Automation Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to design and develop high-precision automation equipment for the semiconductor, PCB, electronics, and customized factory automation industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer and project requirements and develop mechanical concepts.

• Design automation equipment and select suitable mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, sensor, servo, and robotic components.

• Prepare BOMs using SAP and coordinate with suppliers and fabrication houses.

• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager.

• Support equipment assembly, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with ISO/IEC standards.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in automation equipment mechanical design.

• Knowledge of factory automation is an advantage.

• Proficient in SolidWorks 3D and EPDM.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of machine safety and industry standards.

• Familiarity with reliability engineering principles.
