Key Requirements:

-Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Architectural Design.

Strong expertise in conceptualization, design development, and project execution.

-Proven experience in leading and managing architectural teams.

-Ability to mentor, guide, and support junior architects and design teams.

-Thorough understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and documentation.

-Ability to review, check, and approve drawings prepared by junior architects.

-Strong project planning and task management skills.

-Ability to strategize workflows and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

-Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership abilities.

-Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead architectural design projects from concept to execution.

-Develop innovative and practical design solutions aligned with client requirements.

-Manage and supervise the design team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

-Review architectural drawings, presentations, and technical documentation.

-Establish project timelines and monitor progress to meet deadlines.

-Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.

-Ensure adherence to design standards, quality benchmarks, and company processes.
