About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Design Manager with a strong architectural background and relevant experience in handling large-scale projects, AutoCAD drafting, project documentation, drawing development, and coordination.

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working on architectural projects and should be capable of managing project deliverables, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and guiding the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural project deliverables from development through documentation.
• Review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings and project documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
• Manage project timelines, drawing deliverables, and submissions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Review and resolve drawing and coordination issues.
• Ensure project standards and documentation requirements are maintained.
• Mentor and coordinate with junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture – Mandatory.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in architectural projects.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in architectural drafting, detailing, and project documentation.
• Experience working on large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and project coordination.
• Experience managing project deliverables and team coordination.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
