Senior Design Manager (Industrial & Warehousing)

● Lead the end-to-end design process for Industrial, Warehousing and Logistics projects.

● Develop concept designs, master layouts, space planning and detailed design solutions.

● Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, MEP and specialist design disciplines.

● Review project briefs and translate business and operational requirements into efficient design solutions.

● Ensure designs are compliant with applicable codes, statutory requirements and industry standards.

● Drive design optimization to balance functionality, aesthetics, constructability, timelines and project budgets.

● Work closely with Business Development, Project Management, Procurement and Execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

● Lead client presentations, design discussions and technical reviews.

● Manage and mentor internal design teams and external consultants.

● Establish design standards, templates, processes and quality benchmarks for Industrial and Warehousing projects.

● Drive value engineering and innovation across projects while maintaining design quality.

● Support the development of Flipspaces capabilities across new real estate asset classes.
