- Support data collection / review data from all concerned entities in collaboration with internal stake holders, external consultants, local teams etc on building wellness , LEED. On interior design
- Analyze collected data and identify main design constraints and key challenges, and periodically meet with internal design & external consultants.
- Flag out snag points and ensure that the design is optimized. Also develop a data inventory system and archive necessary data to share with project team members, as needed as per the existing formats
- Develop different ID options OR optimize the design for projects in collaboration with internal Architects and plans and to co-ordinate with external stakeholders to ensure that the project is executed as per finalized design.
- Ensure that the selected design is reflected in the form of plans, sections, mood boards, perspectives, material boards, as appropriate.
- Have a thorough understanding of interior materials, properties as well as costs used, eg tiles , carpets, interior furniture, veneer, etc.
- Must have prior experience in working on large scale commercial projects mainly offices, hotels, malls, industrial, retail, dining, etc
- Develop ID tendering documents and closely work with the Quantity Surveying Department for the development of final specifications, ID palettes, Bills of Quantities and Conditions of Contract
- Support the tender process, including responding to bid queries and evaluating bids, as required
- Support Project Managers in validating design deliverable's with clients and authorities, as needed, capturing feedback and obtaining approvals
- Review and conduct design checks with Project and internal design architects on execution and site monitoring.
Education qualification and certifications (Indicate the level of education and certifications required)
- Bachelor s Degree in Architecture / Interior design/
- Master's in Interior Architecture from a reputed organization desirable.
- Any additional certifications will be considered Landscape certifications.
EXPERIENCE
10 -12 years of industry experience in Interior design working on large scale projects.
Interior portfolio of designed and built projects.
SOFTWARE SKILLS
- BIM/Revit Experience highly recommended and valued during prequalification
- Excellent Leadership and Soft Skills
- Design Management, QA/QC & Value Engineering
- Advanced to Expert Level Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator & Acrobat Pro)
- English (Written & Verbal) skills
