Senior Design Engineer – Stormwater & Drainage
Qualification:
B.E. in Civil Engineering / M.E. in Environmental Engineering preferred
Experience:Minimum 8+ years
Work Location: Bengaluru / Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of stormwater and drainage systems (concept to detailed design), including drawings, calculations, reports, and tender documents.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, local authority regulations, and international codes and standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across all design stages.
- Review, validate, and revise design deliverables based on technical reviews.
- Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and presentations.
- Support value engineering and stakeholder coordination.
- Stay updated on industry trends and mentor/guide junior team members.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong expertise in stormwater & drainage design.
- Excellent technical report writing and documentation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of international codes and standards.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Software Knowledge:
SewerGEMS, AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, StormCAD, ArcGIS, MS Office
