Position 1 -Senior Design/design Engineer-Mechanical

  • Experience with hydraulic/electrical control systems
  • Working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic system
  • Working Knowledge of Hydraulic 3D routing
  • Experience in selection of fittings, connectors, adaptors and hoses for system design
  • Ability to read Machine Schematic and wiring harness layout in AutoCAD, or similar software
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and Competent user of 3D Solid Modelling CAD, ideally Autodesk Inventor and familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to organize and sequence work associated with complex designs
  • A good understanding of the various applications that the equipment can operate in along with knowledge of the expected performance of the machines
  • Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and iterate on designs to improve overall product quality.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and design rationale, to ensure clear communication within the team and for future reference.

Position 2-Lead Engineer (Mechanical Design)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Competent user of 3D Solid Modelling CAD, ideally Creo/Pro-Engineer or SolidWorks and familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
  • Good technical expertise in mechanical systems & mechanical engineering fundamentals.
  • A good understanding of the various applications that the equipment can operate in along with knowledge of the expected performance of the machines
  • Product Design: Develop and create innovative product designs, taking into consideration factors such as functionality, aesthetics, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conceptualization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, customer needs, and design constraints, and translate them into conceptual design proposals.
  • CAD Modeling: Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create detailed 2D and 3D models of components, assemblies, and systems, ensuring accuracy, precision, and compliance with design standards.
  • Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and iterate on designs to improve overall product quality.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and design rationale, to ensure clear communication within the team and for future reference.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, software, etc.) to integrate different components of a product into a cohesive and functional whole.
  • Team management: Ability to lead a team of 2-3 members along with individual contribution on the projects and manage the team's deliverables.

Required Education & Experience:


  • Graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputed college. Post Graduate qualification would be an added advantage.
  • 7 to 9 years of relevant experience
