Senior Design Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Design Engineer, based in Bhopal. The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing innovative furniture products while ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal. They will collaborate with teams to create prototypes, analyze product performance, and refine designs using CAD software. The role also involves overseeing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and providing technical guidance to junior team members.

• Proficiency in 3D CAD design, engineering drawings, and prototyping
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and structural design principles
• Project management experience and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking in design and engineering
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Experience in furniture design and manufacturing is highly desirable
