Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Senior Design Engineer (Indoor) to lead the design and development of air-conditioner indoor unit structures. This role will focus on product design, performance validation, and cost optimization to support new model development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop indoor unit structures (3D models and technical drawings)
- Conduct structural testing, analysis, and validation to ensure product performance and reliability
- Perform cost analysis and optimization aligned with product targets
- Support new product development (NPD) from concept through testing phase
- Ensure designs meet engineering standards, quality, and cost requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in air-conditioner or HVAC structure design
- Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Strong understanding of design, testing, and cost engineering principles
