Senior Design Engineer - I

Key Responsibilities

Sustaining Work

• Design and document improvements to existing dispenser components and modules using 3D CAD software.
• Register items in PDM and ERP systems, including configuration matrices, BoMs, Engineering Requests (ERs), and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Support operations teams in manufacturing and shipping dispensers.
• Assist field service and customer service teams in troubleshooting and responding to customer inquiries.

NPI Projects

• Design, develop, and document new dispenser components and modules using 3D CAD software.
• Evaluate and modify designs for manufacturability, efficiency, and quality.
• Register new items in PDM/ERP systems and assist in design reviews.

VAVE Projects

• Lead cost-optimization initiatives to reduce product costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, manufacturing, and R&D teams to implement engineering changes.
• Define and maintain project schedules for cost-reduction initiatives and track savings.
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation of design changes.
