- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design engineering and a passion for innovation. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative engineering solutions for various projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards.
- Create and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and prototypes.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design process.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and design methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in design engineering or product development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with simulation software for design validation (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
