- Work on FTTx solutions involving OLT, GPON, and related access technologies, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational readiness.
- Participate in design documentation, solution walkthroughs, and technical reviews with internal teams and customers.
- Create network and service documentation, including configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Develop, customise, and enhance existing codebases to support FTTx platforms and network management solutions.

- Collaborate with cross‑location teams, including onsite/offshore stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of FTTx architecture and technologies, including OLT, GPON, XG-PON, XGS-PON and access network concepts.
- Experience with OLT and ONT/ONU provisioning and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to datacom networking, including L2/L3 fundamentals and interaction with NMS/EMS platforms.
- Experience with NMS/EMS platforms in telecom or datacom environments.
- Understanding of fault, configuration, performance, and upgrade workflows is highly desirable.
- Experience using CLI, EMS/NMS tools, or vendor management platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Telecom, Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline).
- Typically, 8+ years of experience in telecom / FTTx / network engineering roles involving design, platform integration, or automation (flexible based on skill depth).
- Prior experience on Tier‑1 telecom programmes or large-scale FTTx rollouts.
- Exposure to Agile delivery models and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and integration activities.
- Experience working with REST APIs and integrating network/application components.
