Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect, located in Coimbatore. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural designs from concept to completion, preparing construction drawings, managing design processes, and collaborating with clients and teams to ensure project alignment with client requirements and design standards. Tasks will include conducting design reviews, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of architectural quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Design Management and creation of Construction Drawings
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and local building regulations
• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field; licensure is an advantage
• Proven experience in leading design projects of similar scale in the real estate or construction industry
