This full-time, on-site Senior Design Architect role is based in Chandigarh, India. The Senior Design Architect will lead design projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals. Responsibilities include managing architectural designs, creating detailed construction drawings, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves supervising design workflows and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

• Strong skills in Architectural Design and Design Management to conceptualize and execute innovative and functional projects
• Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and managing detailed project documentation
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in Architecture, with a deep understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods
• Proven project management and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor teams
• Proficiency in architectural and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution
• Additional certifications in sustainable or green building design are a plus
