Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our design team and lead the development of large-scale residential projects, including luxury villas, farmhouses, and spacious private homes.
The role requires someone who understands scale, proportion, and refined residential design, and can translate client aspirations into thoughtful architectural spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design for luxury residential projects from concept to detailed design
Develop layout planning, spatial concepts, and architectural drawings
Work closely with clients to understand design preferences and translate them into practical solutions
Coordinate with consultants, designers, and project teams during design development
Ensure design quality, detailing, and adherence to project timelines
Requirements
Master's Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) preferred
510 years of experience in architectural design
Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residences, villas, or large private homes
Proficiency in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
Strong understanding of modern and classical residential architecture
