Role Profile
We are looking for an accomplished
Senior Delivery Manager to lead and drive delivery excellence for the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) team in India. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of projects, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and maintaining governance across risk, audit, and financial processes. You will act as a trusted partner to internal teams and vendors, ensuring that delivery aligns with LSEG's strategic objectives and quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provides leadership for the CIAM team in India
- Manages relationship with key stakeholders in India - across Operations, Corporate Engineering, Service Management and other engineering divisions.
- Takes ownership of process activities across governance, audit, risk, finance for CIAM team.
- Manages relationship with vendors who supplies software and engineering resources.
- Delivers projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality, within the organization's project management framework.
- Actively participates in all phases of the project or specific phases of larger projects. Identifies, assesses and handles risks to the success of the project
- Effectively manage project team contentions, build partnerships, and commitment to make decisions
- Estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed scope and constraints.
- Prepares and maintains project plans and tracks activities against the plan
- Implement effective communication plan and operating rhythm, including provision of regular and accurate reports.
- Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
- Leads change control gaining agreement for revisions from project partners.
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale technology delivery teams, preferably in identity, security, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across engineering, operations, and service management functions.
- Excellent communication and reporting capabilities, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Exceptional skills in risk assessment, change control, and conflict resolution, with a track record of driving decisions and building consensus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to prepare and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when needed.
