The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with deep functional expertise across finance, operations, HR, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business and administrative operations while improving efficiency of internal and external processes.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent and minimize employee turnover.
- Mentor and engage employees to align with management's vision and organizational goals.
- Establish policies that strengthen company culture and promote long-term success.
- Monitor company performance and recommend strategies for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders on capital raising and expansion initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership/executive role within the BPO/Finance domain.
- Strong understanding of organizational functions, including finance, HR, and operations.
- Expertise in accounting, budgeting, financial and data analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strategic planning and business development experience.
