About the role:
Review non-standard contract clauses and coordinate with Legal and Sales on appropriate redlines or approvals.
Complete the deal desk checklist for all signed deals - validating commercial terms, Salesforce data accuracy, and DealHub quote alignment.
Hand over executed deals to the Billing team promptly, ensuring all required documentation and data are accurate and complete.
Track pending deal closures and proactively flag blockers that could delay billing handover.
Own end-to-end paperwork for all contract renewals - generating quotes in DealHub, coordinating approvals, and ensuring timely execution.
Process contract revisions including amendments, upsells, and commercial changes, with accurate updates reflected in Salesforce and DealHub.
Maintain renewal timelines and follow up with Sales to ensure no renewal falls through the cracks.
High attention to detail - you will be the last line of accuracy before deals go to billing.
Strong communication skills - ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Billing without losing context or urgency.
Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deals at varying stages.
2-3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a commercial support role.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for opportunity and contract data management.
Experience with a CPQ or quoting tool (DealHub preferred Salesforce CPQ or similar acceptable).
Familiarity with B2B SaaS deal structures - ARR, multi-year contracts, amendments, and renewal cycles.
Prior experience working alongside enterprise sales teams on complex deal reviews.
