Key Responsibilities
- Operate and engineer enterprise-grade DNS, DHCP, and IPAM platforms (Infoblox, BlueCat, Microsoft or equivalent)
- Manage hybrid DDI architecture across on-prem and cloud platforms (AWS Route53, Azure DNS, Cloudflare)
- Lead and support DNS migrations and platform enhancements
- Troubleshoot complex DDI incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Automate DDI workflows using Ansible, Python, and REST APIs
- Implement and maintain DNS security and compliance controls (DNSSEC, logging, access policies)
- Build and maintain operational documentation and runbooks
- Collaborate with Network, Cloud, and Security teams across regions
Required Experience
Hands-on experience in DDI engineering and operations
- Strong expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IPAM protocols
- Experience with enterprise DDI platforms (Infoblox, BlueCat, Microsoft)
- Proven experience in hybrid and cloud-based DNS environments
- Solid troubleshooting and automation skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams
