Senior Database Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement database architectures for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead and mentor database teams, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.
• Manage databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Sybase, Cassandra, Redis, and Couchbase.
• Oversee database migrations, disaster recovery, and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Conduct POCs, performance tuning, and technical solution validation.
• Develop technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting (Unix Shell) for automation and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Any Engineering, Graduate or Post-graduate.
• 8+ years of experience in database architecture and management.
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL systems, and cloud-based databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps tools.
