We are looking for an experienced and passionate Instructor in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) with over 10 years of industry or academic experience. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of data structures, algorithm design, and strong hands-on problem-solving skills. The role involves teaching DSA concepts, mentoring learners, and guiding them through a variety of algorithmic challenges used in technical interviews and competitive programming.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver structured and engaging lectures, coding sessions, and workshops on core Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Create and maintain a progressive curriculum with DSA concepts aligned to industry interview standards (e.g., FAANG-level).
- Mentor students through problem-solving practice on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces, etc.
- Conduct mock interviews, code reviews, and personalized guidance sessions to improve algorithmic thinking.
- Design assignments, quizzes, and coding assessments to measure understanding and progress.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and technical mentors to ensure cohesive learning experiences.
- Keep up with evolving trends in algorithms, coding techniques, and interview practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in teaching, mentoring, or software development focused on data structures and algorithms.
- Strong command over DSA concepts and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++).
- Proven experience in solving and explaining complex DSA problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify abstract topics.
- Familiarity with online coding platforms and competitive programming environments.
