Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale user behavior and metadata to uncover actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and deploy analytical pipelines and ML models for user segmentation, behavior prediction, churn analysis, and causal inference.
• Integrate models into production systems ensuring low-latency and high-accuracy performance at scale.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and data scientists to define interest graphs and user preference goals.
• Develop robust A/B testing frameworks, analyze experiments, and iterate based on performance metrics.
• Monitor model performance, detect data drift, and refine strategies to maintain high-quality predictions.
• Leverage LLMs and embeddings to improve personalization for both new and existing users.
• Present technical strategies and results to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
