What You Will Do:
In this role you will:
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define requirements and deliver actionable data-driven insights.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to develop actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Design and develop data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytical tools using SQL and Python.
- Lead Python-based development for automation, data transformation, integration tasks, and ML/AI pipeline development.
- Conduct in-depth exploration and advanced analytics to uncover patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Apply machine learning, advanced analytics, and GenAI techniques to solve business problems.
- Perform feature engineering, model validation, and performance optimization for ML models.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML and recommend innovative approaches and technologies.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards and best practices
- Contribute to and help improve CI/CD processes for analytics including version control (Git)
- Apply DevOps principles to improve reliability, monitoring, and maintainability of analytical workflows.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and promote consistent data quality standards across analytics teams.
- Maintain and enhance documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across stake holders.
What You Will Bring:
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering; master's in data science is preferred.
- 57 years of professional experience in data science and advanced analytics.
- Expertise in SQL includes complex querying, performance tuning, and data modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and applied mathematics.
- Experience in deploying ML models into production environments.
- Good understanding and exposure to GenAI concepts and practical applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Solid experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP and Azure.
