Job Overview:

As a Senior Data Scientist at Tibil Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging advanced data science techniques to extract insights and build models that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should possess 3-4 years of experience, demonstrating proficiency in Python, strong software engineering skills, and a keen understanding of industry-standard practices for model productionization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Modeling:

  - Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.

  - Develop, train, and validate predictive models to solve complex business problems.

2. Software Engineering for Model Deployment:

  - Collaborate with software engineers to integrate data science models into production systems.

  - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of deployed models.

3. AI/Gen AI Expertise:

  - Possess a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts.

  - Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI to contribute innovative solutions.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

5. Documentation and Communication:

  - Document the development and deployment processes, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation.

  - Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.

- Proficiency in Python and experience with data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, sci-kit-learn).

- Strong software engineering skills with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
