Role: Senior Data Scientist

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 8-10+ Years

We are looking to engage with experienced Data Science professionals for a critical Individual Contributor role with strong exposure to Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

Role Overview:

This role plays a key part in the end-to-end data science lifecycle, contributing to the development of production-grade analytics and AI solutions. The position requires strong analytical depth, hands-on modeling expertise, and the ability to solve complex business problems while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, validate, and deploy machine learning and rule-based models
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering
• Monitor and continuously improve model performance
• Ensure adherence to responsible AI practices, including explainability, quality, and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, and Data functions
• Lead solution design and provide technical mentorship

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and statistical modeling
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Hands-on exposure to NLP (spaCy, Transformers, OCR)
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with Azure ML or other cloud-based AI/ML platforms
• Exposure to MLOps practices
• Domain knowledge in BFSI
