Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets using Python and SQL to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop, train, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning models using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Build Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Implement vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate for semantic search and retrieval.
• Develop Computer Vision solutions for image classification, object detection, segmentation, and OCR.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate model performance, conduct experiments, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Deploy and maintain AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Document models, workflows, and production pipelines while guiding junior team members.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Practical experience in Machine Learning model development and deployment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience developing AI agents or LLM-based applications.
• Working knowledge of embeddings and vector databases.
• Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Computer Vision using OpenCV, YOLO, CNNs, or Vision Transformers.
• Cloud deployment using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Experience in healthcare analytics or technology-enabled healthcare solutions.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Candidate: A hands-on Senior Data Scientist with strong Python, ML, and GenAI experience who can build and deploy production-ready AI solutions.
