Experience: 7+ Years

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience in PPG/physiological signal processing.
• Experience working with large PPG datasets from wearable or medical devices.
• Strong experience in ML/DL model development using biomedical waveform data.
• Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
• Experience with regression models, deep learning, and AWS Lambda.
• Knowledge of model evaluation metrics (ROC-AUC, Precision, Recall, F1, Sensitivity, Specificity).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Git, CI/CD, and MLOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI/ML models for PPG signal analysis.
• Build signal preprocessing pipelines (noise reduction, motion artifact removal, baseline correction, normalization).
• Perform feature engineering and extract time, frequency, and morphological features from PPG signals.
• Train, validate, and optimize ML/DL models.
• Build scalable data pipelines for physiological sensor data.
• Evaluate models using clinical datasets and optimize them for edge devices and wearables.
