Job Title: Senior Data Scientist AI/ML Expert

Location: Pune

Experience: 10+ Years

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Strong background in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Big Data platforms, and Cloud Technologies
• Experience across Automotive, Engineering Services OR manufacturing units

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML models involving predictive analytics, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
• Architect and optimize scalable data pipelines and enterprise AI/ML platforms using Spark, PySpark, and Databricks (Mandatory)
• Lead end-to-end data product lifecycle development from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance
• Drive strategic planning and execution of AI/ML initiatives aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and domain experts to deliver impactful business solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights
• Communicate analytical findings and technical recommendations effectively to leadership teams
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision
• Hands-on experience with PySpark, Databricks, and Spark-based data pipelines (mandatory)
• Experience with Azure (ADF, ADLS), AWS, and GCP
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, CI/CD, and Docker
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
