Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights
  • Design, build, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive ML models to improve business outcomes
  • Apply statistics, machine learning, simulation, and advanced mathematics to solve complex problems
  • Develop innovative analytical approaches and prototype datadriven solutions for product improvement
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions
  • Interpret and communicate analytical results to stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in designing and evaluating advanced algorithms for complex business problems
  • Experience in Statistics, probability, hypothesis testing
  • Experience in Machine Learning: regression, classification, clustering
  • Experience in feature engineering and model evaluation
  • Experience in data wrangling from large, complex datasets
  • Solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, data modeling, and advanced mathematics
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and analytical/ML frameworks such as Hadoop or similar tools
  • Proven solid problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large, unstructured datasets and build predictive/prescriptive models
  • Demonstrated ability to work with crossfunctional teams and communicate analytical findings clearly
  • Advanced Skills:
    • Working with data engineers for productionization
    • Model Explainability and bias detection
    • Proven predictive and prescriptive modeling
