Senior Data Scientist

Role Overview- Senior Data Scientist (5-8 years experience/Immediate Joiners)

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong statistical and machine learning expertise with business understanding to develop scalable models, generate actionable insights, and influence product and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, build, and deploy machine learning and statistical models for business problems

·       Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends and opportunities

·       Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and leadership teams to define data-driven strategies

·       Develop forecasting, recommendation, classification, clustering, and optimization models

·       Create and maintain data pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and dashboards

·       Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations

·       Mentor junior data scientists and review model quality and best practices

·       Monitor model performance and ensure continuous improvement in production

·       Drive A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation initiatives

·       Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

·       5–8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics

·       Strong expertise in Python/R and SQL

·       Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost

·       Strong understanding of statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling

·       Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

·       Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

·       Experience deploying ML models into production environments

·       Strong working knowledge of RAG

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with NLP, GenAI, LLMs, recommender systems, or deep learning

·       Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes

·       Experience in a product-based or high-growth environment
