About the Role
LatentView Analytics is looking for a Data Scientist to join our fast-growing analytics team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be skilled in statistical modelling, machine learning and generating business insights that drive strategic decisions for global clients.
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Work Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Gurguram
Responsibilities:
- Work with large, complex datasets to build predictive and statistical models.
- Develop and deploy machine learning solutions for business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model performance tuning.
- Communicate findings and actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Data engineering, business stakeholders, and domain experts.
- Implement best practices in model development, documentation, and version control.
Skills & Experience:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, SQL & Python.
- Model development (regression and classification).
- Strong experience in performing EDA, Feature selection/Feature Reduction, building models and evaluate its performance.
- Strong programming proficiency in python with mastery of Data Science libraries Pandas, Numpy and Scikitlearn.
