- Design, build, validate and deploy production grade rule-based & machine learning models using structured and unstructured data
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering
- Monitor, evaluate and improve model performance.
- Ensure model development follows quality, security , compliance, explainability and responsible use of AI guidelines,
- Collaborate with multiple partners from Business, Technology, Operations and D&A capabilities (Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data science, DevOps, BI & insights)
- Mentor Data Scientists
- Independently lead design, solutioning & estimationsTechnical Skills
- Python
- Statistics, hypothesis testing, Feature engineering, Modeling
- Machine learning frameworks: SCikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch,
