Senior Data Scientist

HiLabs is building advanced AI solutions to transform healthcare data at scale. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will solve complex real-world problems using Machine Learning and Big Data technologies.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade ML systems, not just experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable machine learning models on large datasets

• Apply statistical and ML techniques to solve healthcare problems

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain teams

• Optimize model performance and drive business impact

• Mentor and guide junior team members when needed

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or ML

• Tier 1 institute background, IITs, IISc, or top global universities

• Strong fundamentals in ML, Statistics, and algorithms

• Experience with Big Data tools like Spark or Hadoop

• Proficiency in Python or Scala

• Proven experience in deploying ML models in production

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or data-heavy domains

• Exposure to NLP, Deep Learning, or Text Mining

• Experience in SaaS or product-based companies
