What do we expect from you

Analyze and interpret data and communicate insights to clients using mathematical, statistical, and

analytical techniques.

Perform data exploration, statistical and predictive modelling, data analysis, and hypothesis testing.

Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and analytical frameworks for real-world business

problems.

Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs (Large Language Models), SLMs (Small Language Models), and other

Generative AI solutions for diverse business use cases.

Explain complex statistical and machine learning concepts in a clear and understandable manner to

business stakeholders.

Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and translate them into data-

driven solutions.

Contribute to analytics solution design and support delivery across multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

Provide hands-on data science and AI expertise to design, build, and deliver scalable ML, deep learning,

and Generative AI solutions.

Work extensively with tabular data to build predictive models, perform feature engineering, and optimize

model performance.

Apply conventional machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, ensemble

methods) along with deep learning approaches.

Build and optimize deep learning models for structured and unstructured data, including text and audio.

Work on audio data use cases such as classification, recognition, and signal processing tasks (where

applicable).

Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs/SLMs and Generative AI models for NLP and business intelligence use cases.

Translate business problems into well-defined ML/AI problem statements and deliver actionable insights.

Support deployment of production-grade models with focus on scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.

Mentor junior data scientists and interns through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

Contribute thought leadership in areas such as predictive modelling, customer segmentation, reporting

& analysis, and data processing.

What are we looking for

Qualification Requirements:

Educational:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with at least 4 years of experience in Data Science/ML/AI.
• Preferred to have degree from a Tier-1/2 institute (IIT/IISc/NITs if studied in India) or a globally top-ranked university (as per QS).

Technical:

• Proven expertise working with large-scale tabular data and building machine learning models.
• Strong knowledge of conventional ML algorithms (tree-based models, SVMs, clustering, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow / PyTorch.
• Mandatory expertise in LLMs, SLMs, and Generative AI, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy.
• Exposure to model deployment frameworks and tools (ONNX, Triton, TensorRT, FastAPI, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/GCP) for training and deploying ML solutions.
• Experience with Databricks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices, reproducibility, and model monitoring.
