Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data science projects from conception to deployment.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of big data computing technologies like Apache Spark, Apache Ray
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud technologies.
• Experience with mathematical optimization.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Streamlit).
• Familiarity with the industrial or construction supply industry.
