Senior Data Scientist

This is a full-time Senior Data Scientist role, based in Pune with a hybrid work model that allows partial work-from-home flexibility. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will analyze complex healthcare data to build machine learning models, develop algorithms for medical image processing, and refine AI systems to support radiology workflows. Your key responsibilities include leading data-driven projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, impactful insights that drive product innovation and healthcare solutions.

• Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and R, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and analyzing structured and unstructured data sets
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, and effective communication of insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of medical imaging, radiology workflows, or healthcare datasets is highly desirable
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Experience with cloud platforms and big data tools is a plus
