We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with over a decade of experience to lead the

development and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on

expert who thrives at the intersection of business and technology — someone who

partners closely with business stakeholders to shape, refine, and deliver high-impact AI

use cases.

The successful candidate will not only bring deep technical expertise in AI and machine

learning but also demonstrate the mindset and communication skills needed to drive

real-world business transformation through data.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and

identify AI opportunities.

• Translate complex business problems into well-defined data science solutions

and lead their implementation.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models with a strong focus on LLMs, predictive

analytics, and unstructured data processing.

• Structure and extract insights from text, documents, logs, and other

unstructured sources.

• Build robust classification and categorization pipelines to solve core business

problems.

• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to team capability-building.

• Serve as a thought partner for product and strategy teams in defining and refining

AI-driven features.

• Ensure quality, scalability, and ethical use of AI across all initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI product

development.

• Proven expertise in working with large language models (LLMs) like GPT,

Claude, or open-source transformer models.

• Strong experience structuring unstructured data (e.g., NLP, text mining,

information extraction).

• Demonstrated success in building and deploying prediction and classification

models in production.

• Mastery of Python and core ML/NLP libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, PyTorch,

TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

• Excellent understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, and production level MLOps.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence both

technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams or AI initiatives in a product or

enterprise setting.

• Exposure to tools and platforms for enterprise-scale AI (e.g., Azure ML,

Lang Chain, etc.).

• Knowledge of model governance, explainability, and responsible AI practices
