Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Deep understanding of advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning and ensemble methods.
- Should have good experience in projects including LLMs and GenAI models.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Advanced data visualization skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Business Needs
- Ability to meet with different levels of management and communicate at that level to gather use cases/requirements and the ability to provide designs that cater to that level of stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn the basics of the industry that the client belongs to and converse with the stakeholders in the industry.
- Ability to handle clients in multiple industries at the same time.
- The ability to take the solutions/models created and build stories that can be presented to the top management for the clients.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience as a Data Scientist
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Any AI/ML related certification is a plus.
