We are looking for Senior Data Scientist work-ex who also has a deep expertise in

setting up Digital transformation projects specific to AI/ ML/DL. The ideal candidate is

adept at understanding large data sets to find opportunities for product and process

optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.

They must have strong experience understanding a variety of data mining/data

analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building, and implementing models,

using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. They must have a proven

ability to drive business results with their assessment of as-is and to-be frameworks.

They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional

teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large

data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities

for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

Mine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization and

improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business

strategies.

Create new insights within Supply by having data models and algorithms in

place to enable prediction, optimization, and simulation.

Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering

techniques.

Understand predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer

experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.

Understand A/B testing framework and test model quality.

Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor

outcomes.

Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and

data accuracy.

Your Qualifications

Extensive experience in Generative AI The ideal candidate should have

comprehensive experience in full lifecycle implementations.

Experience using statistical methods with Python to manipulate data and draw

insights from data sets.

At least 6+ years of experience in Python/ Pyspark with hands on delivery

experience; Pandas/ NumPy, TensorFlow, Flask/ FastAPI, scikit-learn

4+ years stakeholders management including the Executive teams, Product

teams, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related issues and support

their data explorations; Industrial domain work experience would be given

higher weightage.

4+ years of experience in Prediction, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence:

Feature engineering, Model-training, Model-finetuning, model deployment

Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision

tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world

advantages/drawbacks.
