Senior Data Scientist AI/ML & Advanced Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics, Machine Learning and AI solutions across business functions. The role will involve building end-to-end data science solutions, translating complex business problems into analytical models, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment and maintenance of Machine Learning and AI solutions for complex business problems.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models covering forecasting, anomaly detection, optimization and decision support.
• Build end-to-end Data Science solutions using Python, SQL and Machine Learning frameworks.
• Work with large and complex datasets to perform data exploration, feature engineering, statistical analysis and model development.
• Develop forecasting and time-series models for demand, sales, inventory, capacity and other business scenarios.
• Apply Machine Learning and advanced analytics to areas such as Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Sales and Distribution.
• Develop and integrate optimization models for areas such as inventory optimization, transportation, network planning, capacity planning and order allocation.
• Explore and implement Generative AI, LLM, RAG and Agentic AI solutions where relevant to business use cases.
• Work with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks and Azure ML/Azure AI to develop and operationalize analytical solutions.
• Build and maintain ML pipelines, model deployment, monitoring and MLOps processes.
• Implement development best practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing and Azure DevOps.
• Create business dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools to communicate analytical insights.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements, define analytical approaches and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Present complex analytical findings and model outputs clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure appropriate data, model and AI governance, security, monitoring and documentation.
• Mentor junior Data Scientists and contribute to the development of Data Science best practices across the organization.
