About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Privacy Consultant to drive privacy, compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business objectives into scalable and compliant solutions. This role requires expertise in Data Privacy, DPDPA, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), governance frameworks, business transformation, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance functions, and technology teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Drive solution design discussions, architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical evaluations supporting business transformation initiatives.
  • Provide domain expertise and recommendations on data privacy, DPDPA compliance, risk management, and governance practices.
  • Collaborate with customers, business leaders, architects, and delivery teams to recommend innovative and industry-aligned solutions.
  • Lead workshops, assessments, and strategic discussions to identify process improvements, compliance enhancements, and technology opportunities.
  • Support implementation of privacy controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, ISMS standards, and industry best practices.
  • Drive third-party risk assessment and vendor governance initiatives to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor project progress, quality standards, compliance objectives, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Contribute to organizational capability development through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and best-practice adoption.
  • Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and domain excellence across programs and initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in data privacy, compliance consulting, risk management, business transformation, solution consulting, or technology advisory roles.
  • Strong expertise in Data Privacy regulations and Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), vendor assessments, and risk governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, solution design, business process transformation, and technology ecosystems.
  • Experience driving privacy-by-design, compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ISMS frameworks, regulatory compliance requirements, and audit processes.
  • Experience working with customers, business leaders, architects, and global delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver business value through technology-led solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Experience supporting governance committees, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
