Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer with 7+ years of software engineering experience to support the design, development and scaling of robust data systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows
- Develop and optimize data warehousing solutions using Redshift
- Build and maintain data APIs to support internal and external use cases
- Work with AWS services including Lambda, S3 and serverless architectures
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code in Python and Java
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java
- Hands-on experience with AWS including Lambda, S3 and serverless
- Experience building ETL pipelines and working with data warehouses
- Familiarity with Redshift, BI tools and analytics workflows
- Experience building and consuming data APIs
- Proficiency with Git and Docker
- Strong communication skills with a sense of ownership and leadership
