About The Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to help maintain and build new data pipelines across multiple products. You will work closely with backend/full-stack engineers to design and build fast, reliable, and cost-efficient data pipelines that support the company's reporting and analytics dashboards.

The role involves working with multiple data sources, building and maintaining ETL pipelines, and working extensively with Snowflake, Airflow, AWS Glue, AWS infrastructure, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and improve data pipelines across multiple products.
• Design and develop ETL pipelines and workflows to process data from multiple sources.
• Work extensively with Snowflake as a primary data warehouse.
• Build and manage data workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Develop and maintain AWS Glue jobs for data processing and ETL.
• Work with AWS infrastructure to support data engineering workloads.
• Work with data stored across MySQL and PostgreSQL and integrate data from different sources.
• Collaborate closely with backend/full-stack engineers to build data pipelines supporting product requirements.
• Build pipelines that are quick, reliable, and cost-efficient.
• Ensure data pipelines effectively support metrics and data required for reporting dashboards.
• Troubleshoot pipeline/data issues and independently identify ways to improve existing systems.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Strong experience with Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow.
• Experience working with AWS Glue / Glue Jobs.
• Strong exposure to AWS and cloud-based data infrastructure.
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience handling multiple data sources and building integrations/pipelines between them.
• Ability to independently understand existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute with minimal hand-holding.
• Strong ownership, self-learning ability, and willingness to figure things out independently.
• Ability to adapt quickly and start contributing without a prolonged onboarding period.

• Technical Interview — 1–2 rounds (System Design, Coding, Technical deep dive)
